Hello! My name is Garret Williams, and I have been personal training and coaching athletes for 8 years. My background as an athlte spans various sports, including football, basketball, baseball, track, and rugby, giving me extensive experience in both training and injury recovery. These experiences have fueled my passion for helping others not only overcome pain but also reach their peak performance.I believe that strength and conditioning and sports medicine should be integrated into a unified approach. That’s why I combine these disciplines to develop athletes who not only perform at their best but also remain pain-free.
